Call center positions

Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Basic responsibilities:

  • Provide high quality telephone based support to our clients
  • Provide quick yet thorough support across all accounts of the client via simultaneous manipulation of multiple systems
  • Research and resolve customer issues, service related queries and information requests and provide a follow up for pending activities
  • Settle billing and statement disputes
  • Preserve and build customer relationships

Qualifications:

  • Preferably with experience in the bankcard/banking/financial services industry
  • Familiarity with financial service products, Internet usage and common office suites
  • With previous experience as a customer service representative for at least two years
  • Superb communication skills (both oral and written) and exceptional problem solving skills

Technical Support Representative (TSR)

Basic responsibilities:

  • Provide high quality telephone based support to our clients
  • Provide solutions for technical difficulties and give easy to follow instructions
  • Resolve technical service inquiries on all Merchant Services USA terminals and equipment
  • Coordinate with all terminals and equipment vendors to quickly and correctly address technical problems
  • Preserve and build customer relationships

Qualifications:

  • Preferably with experience in the bankcard/banking/financial services industry
  • Familiarity with financial service products, Internet usage and common office suites
  • With previous experience as a technical support representative for at least two years
  • Superb communication skills (both oral and written) and exceptional problem solving skills
  • Training for all Merchant Services USA call center positions will be provided.
  • Compensation packages are variable based on experience and performance.
  • Incentives will be given to agents who exceed their quotas.
